I Know You From the Inside Out

Nomiya is an unassuming office worker who blends into the background of her daily life, convinced she is as plain and forgettable as a default video game avatar. However, behind her screen, she leads a double life as a formidable female warrior in an online game, where she chats every day with her closest companion, Yurin. While she navigates this virtual world with confidence, her reality is defined by a quiet, secret infatuation with Kajimura, a strikingly handsome and popular colleague at work. Believing someone like her could never catch his attention, she keeps her feelings carefully hidden. The boundaries between Nomiya’s worlds begin to blur when Yurin suggests they finally meet in person. Expecting to encounter her familiar gaming friend, she arrives at the designated spot only to discover a shocking truth about who has been on the other side of the screen all along. Now, their relationship takes an unexpectedly intimate turn during a hushed night at an internet cafe. Sharing a private two-person booth under the cover of darkness, Nomiya finds herself caught in a breathless, clandestine encounter where she must stifle every sound, realizing that the lines between her online adventures, her hidden desires, and her everyday reality have become irrevocably intertwined.
