Sasami is a severe shut-in who has completely withdrawn from society, lacking even the basic motivation to change her clothes or feed herself. Her daily survival depends entirely on her devoted older brother, who tirelessly caters to her every need. Despite relying on him, Sasami harbors a deep disdain for his subservient, slave-like devotion. Rather than stepping outside, she monitors the world beyond her bedroom through a specialized "Brother Surveillance Tool" installed on her computer, using it as her sole window into everyday life. Through this digital lens, Sasami observes her brother navigating a vibrant social existence that sharply contrasts with her own isolated reality. He finds himself entangled with the three beautiful Yagami sisters in a series of increasingly complicated interactions that unfold like a classic romantic comedy. While Sasami remains hidden away and refuses to exert any effort, she is forced to watch the people around her engage in the very relationships and experiences she has abandoned, creating a striking divide between her stagnant indoor existence and the chaotic, romance-filled world playing out just outside her door.
