Atom Cat

For young Tsugio, life offers little comfort. Relentlessly tormented by merciless bullies at school and isolated without a single friend, his only solace is reading the classic "Tetsuwan Atom"—known internationally as "Astro Boy"—alongside his father. However, even this cherished pastime cannot shield him from the harsh realities of his daily struggles. Everything changes when Tsugio discovers an abandoned kitten. Hoping to persuade his family to let him keep the stray, he names it after his beloved robotic hero. Soon after, a bizarre encounter with extraterrestrial visitors honeymooning on Earth triggers an unbelievable transformation. To Tsugio’s astonishment, the kitten gains not only the ability to speak but also the full array of Astro Boy’s extraordinary powers. Bound by a solemn oath to keep these abilities hidden, Tsugio and his feline companion step into the role of Earth’s smallest heroes. Together, they are thrust into a series of wild adventures, confronting demonic cats, spectral pirates, dangerous crime syndicates, and countless other threats in a world far more extraordinary than Tsugio ever imagined.
